Why do I get an error when placing an order?

We are aware that when placing wholesale orders on our website, may appear an error that prevents you from finalizing the order. We would like to reassure you and explain how to solve them.
In this post, you will find tips on how to deal with such situations and what to do to ensure that your orders run smoothly.
If you get an error while placing an order in your basket, as shown in the screenshot HERE, first try clearing the cookies in your browser - this often resolves the issue. Then enter your billing details again and place your order.
